Tom’s passion for people, agriculture, and rural America define his life. Being born and raised in rural Linn County, Kansas, he was raised with the values of faith, family, integrity, and hard work on his family’s farm. Those principles continue to guide both his personal life, with his commitment to serving clients with honesty and dedication.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education from Kansas State University and has spent the last 22 years as an agriculture teacher and FFA sponsor, building lasting relationships with students, families, and community. His agricultural background and lifelong connection to rural Kansas gives him a unique understanding of farms, ranches, recreational land, and country homes.
Tom loves to spend time with his wife of 20 years, Tatum, and their two sons, Bryson and Heath, just down the road from where he grew up. They stay actively involved in their community through church, 4-H, FFA, youth sports, and raising registered Angus cattle for their family business Schull Angus.
Whether you’re buying or selling farmland, recreational property, or a place to call home, he is committed to providing knowledgeable guidance, responsive service, and a straightforward approach throughout the process. Tom’s goal is to help every client find the property that best fits their needs while making the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
