Born and raised in Eastern Kansas on his family's generational farm, Sam Chambers learned the values of hard work, integrity, and service at an early age. Growing up, he was actively involved in both 4-H and FFA, developing a lifelong appreciation for agriculture, craftsmanship, and rural living.
As the owner of SCC Construction and a licensed General Contractor, Sam specializes in building custom homes and completing major residential remodels. His construction background gives clients a unique advantage, allowing him to see the potential in a home that many others overlook. Whether evaluating a remodel, identifying quality craftsmanship, or recognizing opportunities to add value, Sam provides practical insight that helps clients make confident, informed decisions. He understands not only what a home is today, but what it can become giving buyers and sellers a perspective few agents can offer.
When he's not working with clients, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife, Jadyn, and their daughter, Drew. You'll often find them working on the family farm, hunting, fishing, or simply enjoying the outdoors together. His deep roots in Eastern Kansas, strong work ethic, and construction expertise allow him to provide honest guidance and exceptional service to every client.
